Audio Bug

Ive tried everything, reinstalling, changing the audio settings to the lowest, compatability mode (Game will not start on windows 98) turning on and off "Random Sounds" and validating the files, i cannot figure out what is wrong. The audio makes a gurgle noise, not all sounds but randomly there will be gurgles is audio in the main menu, in game every where. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have a fix?

I have the same issue on my desktop (windows 8.1), oddly enough I didn't on my old vista laptop. Even on a fresh install with validated files it happens.

Me too it always lag a bit then audio is deforming.

huh, actually, try high audio settings, but low audio channels, and randomize sound off
