Best content/quality mod?

No, please don't say Ultimate Apocalypse. The mod is good, but it's a bit too much content where it becomes pointless to use a part of it, and it's a very ugly and somewhat low-quality mod. If you know a mod that offers a good quantity of content and actual quality (textures, models, animations), please tell me, I'm really wanting to test new mods. Thanks in advance.

New Winconditions are added as well.
But most importantly the SURVIVAL mode! Try it :)

OUTSTANDING mod. You can play all DC and SS (and more) stronghold missions... with ANY RACE you want.
Unique experience and TOP replayability. There is no way I let this for long - I always return to play a new mission with a different race!

Darkness Within

If you want quality, this is as high as it gets.
Brother Jaguar-lord has created a MARVEL here - we are talking a NEW CAMPAIGN!
It is for Dark Crusade only (for now...!)
Regrettably, it is not ready yet.
I have been allowed access and played the beta.
And.. OH BOY!
Check regularly for updates.


Note ALL THREE mods I mentioned above are still VERY MUCH ALIVE AND KICKING, as we speak!
In my team (Thud's team) we now have a new modeller (brother Kekoulis), who is a REALLY talented member !!!
To that end, he helped brother Thud to finish the Ultramarines!!!
(Thanks brother Kekoulis!!!)

I'm gonna try this Unification mod. Stronghold mod isn't what I'm looking for. It only adds new levels :P
Will also take a look at this Darkness Within.

As for Strongholds... Well I still suggest you should give it a shot.
If you only after Multi-Player games, then OK.
But if you also enjoy SP games as well, Strongholds offers a NEW experience!!
See, we have the Skirmish and now the Survival (Unification) mode to play.
...With Strongholds you have the outstanding CAMPAIGN-LIKE Scenario mode :)
And remember, all maps are reworked and there are NEW ones as well.

I would also like to mention the mod Dawn of Glory, which is under development. It's truly a masterpiece, but the dev is working alone, so it will take some time before the first version, but he's truly talented.

It is indeed. You can play any of the campaign missions from DC and SS as any faction that is currently supported in Unification (well over 20 at this point). All the missions have also been improved with some restored content (e.g. dialogue) that was cut from the original retail releases, as well as more new features like additional mission objectives.
