search for: dawn of wars players guide on google to finde the best guide I found so far.
eldar usually use hit and run tactics plus a lot of infiltration on their buildings... counter this with detection units and you should be good to go.

Space marines - Heavy bolters and missile launchers
Chaos - Heavy bolters and horrors
Tau - Overwhelming firepower and Barracudas
Necrons - drag a box around your warriors and march straight into their hq at game start
Guard - Grenade spam, Russes, Sentinels and the Baneblade
Orks - Massed Boyz and tankbustaz
Dark Eldar - Early harass with jetbikes into dark lance scourges
Sisters - Massed Firepower and holy bulls*it abilities.

It's not my fault if your too stubborn to accept it.
im serious you cant
