Inaccessible area in the forest

I can't access a path leading to the north (located between Sheep Astray and Bouncing Flock quests).
According the map, there is a bridge at the southern end, but the place is empty...

I've found the same inaccessible area. I believe I'm unable to get all of the achievements because I can not access that area.

That's actually inaccessible on purpose -- it's not required to get all achievements, and there's no way to get over there. See this post for confirmation from the devs: https://steamcommunity.com/app/944920/discussions/0/3080999687769569353/
