Issue with skill upgrade choices?

On a previous level, I've selected the Sharp skill but, upon reaching the next level, the game also displays this skill has one of the choices. Is this normal?

I have the same thing with Large skill upgrade today.

Could you explain it? Because, large is unlocked when you get PUSH and PULL. But you can't have it as an experience upgrade.

Sorry, I might have got the wrong word (my memory isn't the greatest). It wasn't sharp - possibly long?

PS. I haven't used upgrade #8 so any bug fixes in that aren't reflected.

Same thing happened to me; game offering me the Sharp skill twice. I grabbed it both times, thinking it could be a ranked ability, getting stronger for each upgrade, expecting to see something like "Sharp Rank 2" or similar in the ability menu. But now I know what's going on. That it was a bug. Thanks for clearing it up VR!
