Need help for save the snake boss

I am arrived to the snake, I must heal it and after that, I must go to the right of the map but nothing happen.
I tried to use ice to go to it but when I am to the total right of the map, nothing happen and the enemies infinite spown.

How must I do? is it a bug?

I do. I've tried every spell combo I can think of to get it's tail off the teleporter, Nothing.

As Iris told you, you have to heal it. Not kill it. Did you try a heal spell on his face?
