Report a translation problem
The trader is in the alleys behind the building with the liquor merchant, and secrets trader, but she appears only at night. The alley itself is basically between the tallest buildings on Kirhaal ^^
I kinda personally dislike map markers, I think they're quite atmosphere breaking, and at least currently most things are fairly "compact" on the first island, like traders in one place, most npcs in other, so imo it's not needed, but I can understand the potential usefulness of it.
The orange woods as a quick travel point, if you look at the map closely you see a small hut nudged between the mountains and there's a .... line leading there from the main ship ways, there's a place there from which you can get a quick travel to Kirhaal and back from
