How to put out a rental sign?

I searched the forum and only found a thread where someone said they finally figured out how to place a rental sign, but there was no further information in this thread, so... please bear with me, I seem to be a bit of a noob, but I simply did not find a rental sign in my inventory after building a house. Instead I found on my toolbar (?) the info that with "R" I can see potential renters. After reading their requirements I would have needed to start over. I will have to start over anyway as it is not possible to save the game when the mission is not accomplished. But for my next try, PLEASE where do I find this rental sign in my inventory?

the rental sign should be is in your inventory, in the same category as parts used to build the house, in the first row. If it is not there, please post a screen here and add/send log to devs. Which missions have you finished, is it on mission or in kingdom?

There is a tutorial in the game. However if you have forgotten then No problem, just go back to the buildings and House building parts section and scroll to the top or beginning of the house parts to construct and select the "Rental sign" and place it on right side of the outside of the front door. It will highlight when in place and click. It can only be done when you have completed the Rent Tutorial part of the quest.
