Last four commanders?
I beat the Northsky campaign, and now I am starting the Pirate campaign. But it seems to just be the same story played as the pirates... How do you get the last four commanders?
I assumed they were another faction. Is there a hidden campaign or something?

They are the Imperial Crusader，and the Crusader will come to you when your pirates destroyed the Aliens.
