Concerning the Mystery Girl

Alright, so I've been thinking... and unlocking some scenes I've missed... so that Mystery Girl everyone seems to hate, yeah I know she is awful writing even for a "convenient" Monster Girl plot, but since there's so many characters that are either indifferent, teasy, or downright hateful towards the player, I sorta need an escape from this awful reality within a reality so I can fantasize about what it would be like to say "Screw it" to everyone around me that never gave me any decent respect, and to my own awful species.

Look, I've read all the history accounts. Our species went to war on itself and committed atrocities on their own selves several times before. Humanity has long been overdue, and with this mystery girl, she gives me this twisted fantasy about wiping the slate clean and molding the world to our likeness.

I know, the writing seems way too convenient, and she might just be a figment of protagonist's imagination or something, I dunno, but I wanna see where this goes once the story expands. Look, you can hate her all you want (especially with that annoying voice... oh gooosh that acting is bad) but I am sorta entertaining her ideas of a "It's just you and me vs. The World" sorta scenario, and assumingly, if her claims have any value to it, she can wipe the whole map out if she really wanted to.

No more bad waifus. No more mega-♥♥♥♥♥es, no more problems. I legit wanna see where the developer takes this plot. I wanna see branching storylines. I wanna see actual consequences for once. AND FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, I WANNA SEE MY FACE ON THAT SILLY PAPER BAG!!!

The only girl who is actually disagreeable towards the protagonist is Shuri. And that seems to be just how she is towards everyone.

I'm more interested in actual romance plots. H-scenes are prompted with little effort, and while it is possible to determine how a few of them play out, they're fairly all or nothing. I'd rather it actually matter that, for example, I know Fara takes pride in her cooking and using that as the foundation for a positive relationship with her.

Yeah, I wanna see more stuff like resulting choices and consequences. Like when you have the choice between grabbing Suzu and running away versus simply running away alone when faced against Eris the Demon Slime. I wanna see if you can build up Suzu's friendship later by bringing her food and such, as well as standing up for her when she's being picked on. That might be an interesting plot to properly develop a resulting H-scene.

Also as far as I can tell, the Mystery Girl is the only gal that actually has a major requirement to unlock her H-scene. Mako kinda has a requirement, at least for the SECOND scene in Mako's plotline. They should really improve on the others for the future updates to add consequences and rewards for choices.

On the other hand, a relaxed pace is also nice. Not having to think too much about the long term and being able to enjoy the game from moment to moment is one of the current iteration's strengths. Not just during H-scenes, but the more casual banter.

Eh, but sometimes I feel hated and underappreciated regardless and I wanna change that...
