Sorry I didn't have the time to comment on your Bulk Up post. It has synergies with 50% hp perks and some Chaos items are based around spending as much stamina as you can, so there is synergy there, but I understand this can be a bit underwhelming compared to other options. Definitely one of the less desirable Chaos Perks.
What Card loadout are you playing on top of the Moon? What is your main class ?
If you intend on finishing a full loop run, gear will definitely play a part at some point. Not all builds can make it through the second loop as the difficulty gets intense. Sometimes you're not lucky enough and will have to stop before the end of the second loop or face inevitable death.
If you are not getting the items you want, the Alchemist can alleviate RNG, and the wheel of fortune can help farming the glove you need.
I don't really where to direct you for such videos. I have recently watched a two player team win a full moon run if you fancy (beginning of the run is them unlocking Hierophant Card):

We can agree though that using some of the best wands in the game with extra bonuses helped them through a big part of the run.
Here is their previous attempt (Spoilers: they died):

While not necessarily being optimal players, this is indeed a winning full moon run. Zrylics is a Blasphemous speedrunner, so he's a skilled player, but he hasn't played a lot of Bravery & Greed yet.
I hope this will help, not a lot of people are posting content about our game after so much time after release.
My card setup is: magician, empress, emperor, justice, wheel of fortune, temperance, star, moon, world and judgement, have considered adding strength as well but that feels risky, and am on the fence for judgement. I usually go chaos or life, but have been experimenting with darkness.
I'm trying for 100% achievements, but it's feeling rather out of reach for me, so I just wanted to ensure I wasn't doing something fundamentally wrong. It is true I had a somewhat poor item draw my last game, just had the 3% life drain dark gloves the whole run, a great dark amulet though with -damage per hit, drain nearby enemies and health... did not stop me from dying in the first room of the sky fortress though. T.T
It was a shame people didn't upload all that much footage of this game, even though it's exciting and varied, and aren't people supposedly into cruelly difficult games, these days? I guess they ACTUALLY just play whatever's popular. :D
Your card loadout seems optimal, I would say Strength is probably risky indeed, as the extra abilities might not be worth it, though getting a glove with supercharged (the '*') Vampirism can help a lot. I would say that Judgement might be worth it however, as you can get build defining gear (supercharged usually).
Getting an Enchanter to abuse those way above average items is also important, and is a bit RNG dependent. Sometimes you'll get your Enchanter at the right time, after you've found the right item to enchant but not too late in the game to maximize the ongoing bonus (+1% per room cleared). Meeting him too early and having to commit to an item which is not optimal is not good either, so I might advise to actually wait for the loot of the Judgement room or Dwarven Room on this floor before enchanting.
Life is usually the best choice to keep up with the increasing damage. Attuned Life potions give lots of max HP after a while, and Perks scaling on max HP (like Apex Predator) make the most of it.
I'm pretty sure you're already doing all this, but who knows, this might help someone else reading the topic.
Amazon is not the easiest choice solo, as she is most of the time in the thick of it, and is not as defensive as the Warrior. Maybe she shines a bit more as a teammate with someone to rez her if things go sour. She's also a bit at a disadvantage in the Necropolis fight. My favorite class is Rogue, and with the Stealth and Ranged options, it's a lot easier to manage aggro and keep everyone at bay.
Overall, I also think Full Moon might be easier to achieve with one team mate. Being able to rez someone in dire situation makes a big difference between winning and losing sometimes. It's quite hard to balance solo and multiplayer gameplay at the highest difficulty the game can offer. We did our best to make it as fun and balanced as possible, but there's always room for improvement I guess.
Wouldn't you happen to have someone willing to join you in your challenge?
