missing entry in bestiary

hey there, i'm trying to find one of the dwarf for the naturist achievement but i just can't get it to spawn either in adventure or survival mode, a bit confused as to where it is or how it spawns.
only thing i'm missing for 100% so it's a bit frustrating and i can't find any info about it either.

any help would be appreciated.

found the guy, guess it's just a random spawn in the dwarven mines

Sorry for the late reply, I had missed your message.

Glad you found him :) To make things easier, activating "The Emperor" card allows to have dwarves spawn on every level. The one you were looking for was a Decay Priest and would have spawned in the Necropolis stage if you wanted to max out your chances of finding him.

Let's hope this tip comes better late than never and might help somebody else.
