Quest "Reuniting the Crew" Bugged, Can't complete. Please help.

I'm on the quest where I have to go to the three islands and bring a crew member back from each. When I go to any of the islands and talk to the crew member they just give me some dialog and that's it. They do not come back to the island with me or even ask about it. Anyone else experience this?
