Wignut Claw Digger (Not Working)

So I've been stuck on the cave for like 5 minutes. I fought the first boss and went in to the next cave where I probably should get award after defeating the boss however my wignut isn't working for some reason. I tried to claw the diamond from the ground but it still didn't pop up and it's been like 5 minutes and still clawing. What should I do? Should I quit my game progress("end run" button isn't available"? I don't want to lose my progress since I came this far. Is there anything I can do about this?
