Report a translation problem
It's not supposed to be possible to beat the boss at this stage (well done getting him down to zero). We are discussing if there's a better way to handle this that feels more 'fair'.

The average person will not notice this, haha. So I think it's handled fine.
Or you could make that boss encounter a cutscene, instead of somehting you can fake play ( i say fake, since you can't win )
We've played with some classic ideas that might work here.

Several roguelikes let you beat the boss in the beginning, if you're good or clever enough--usually meaning you've been playing awhile on another file.
(Update: nevermind, I was on the first boss... It was more difficult that I expected, but I finally defeated it after using a attack-power upgrade. Lot of confusing things in this game, that could use a better explanation. And, the co-op is entirely unimpressive.)
