Mm? A EMT/Paramedic simulator without nudity?

One of the most important elements of treating a wounded person with an altered status is to get them completely NAKED and search for life threats. I am gravely disappointed to have clicked and witnessed this foolishness.

What if patient,person had wound on belly, chest or elsewhere?
Paramedic also have to check through them by taking off clothes instead of only head and arms, isnt it?

While I see your point if they implement nudity it will drop the market and age group for the game tremendously. Alot of the people buying simulators wither police or EMS now a days are young teens to adults. I think a way around this is leave underwear on but its ulltimatly up to the dev's just putting in my 2 cents.

I'm partially joking, as I see the obvious hit to marketing, but seriously as a professional, you need to rapidly uncover trauma patients to search for life threats or things that need stabilizing like broken bones. Everything comes off. To miss a critical sign of injury because you are modest about nudity is pure negligence. Stripping at the least the chest for CPR is essential. You can't apply the AED pads over clothing.

That sounds like you want this game to be convenient censored ? ( inspired by Elder scroll series censorship from ES2). but yeah its up to dev.

Why not as toggle optional instead of permanent convenient censored behind permanent undergarments? ( like let it be Default toggled OFF for the first time players, and if other players want to see the realism/ hidden immersion side of this game sim's elements or mature side content, then they can toggle ON in game settings menu )

Ah, it shouldnt be considered Joke, this is good idea for realism ( as in mature setting lock) , no all likes this secret convenient ndity censorship on simulator games like this.
