game is capped at 23 fps

I recently updated my graphics drivers and when i went to start the game, i noticed it was running at 23FPS instead of 30FPS which gives off this ghosting effect and makes inputs semi-delayed. Any fixes?

Me too. Can't find a fix for the 23fps lock. 30 is terrible but semi playable after a while. 23 is just not possible for me.

This is very bad, very sorry for this. I don't really know why this is capped at 23 fps and I will try to understand what's the problem with graphic cards.

it's fine, take your time. It only happened when I updated to NVIDIA Game Ready Driver Version 461.72, before that it was running fine.

hey, sorry for late reply. New beta works great! Game is running at 30 fps again, Thanks a bunch for taking the time to look into this.

Ah I'm so glad it did work! Now the change is on the default branch, along with some other fixes.
