It says fall 2024 but hopefully its very soon. Also all these dead game posts are immature af. Are people really to the point where they think a game is dead just because its taking forever? kingdom hearts 3 took around 10 years but still came out which was an amazing game. Unless the devs actually say its dead, its not dead. Alot of you need to stop trolling and being a holes.

Yeah I've been lurking on this discussions page checking for updates for years now and the silly "dead game" posts along with personal attacks towards others is rather petty. These games tend to be worth the wait and with there being confirmation we are eventually going to get more content we just have to have patience and play other games until then.

Kedwin (Creator of Corpse Party) has said that Dead Patient is still being worked on by team GrisGris, so you are correct in your assumption that the game isn't dead by his words, but honestly given the track record I can't blame anyone for doubting him at this point.
