Anyone know how to get it?

Im trying to figure out how you get the hidden achievements.

I am totally stumped I like the game and story fine but despite multiple playthroughs there is two achievements I just cannot seem to get one of which is "Hiddeb Berry" from what I can see from othe discussions. As for CGs the top middle of the first page and entire top row of the third page I cannot seem to find. Would really appreciate a guide or some pointers....
