The vast majority of visual novels have multiple endings for future reference. An ending for each of the main romance options are a given, as well as a few bad endings.

Is there a specific point where this game is branching out? not getting any dialouge options and it feels like i'm speeding straight into harem town.

can i have the link for the walkthrough?thanks(i'd like to see whats written on there)

but from my experience from playing NEKO WORK franchise game,only harem route(which i like very much and how i got to know about VNs) was available
