What was/is the endgame of this mmo's version?

Hi. I played the global version back in the day when it was an mmo but i never reached the endgame. If anyone remembers:
- After we reach lvl 50 do we also gain Rank levels and if yes what is the cap and what are these useful for?
- Is there any kind of endgame other than fighting the same bosses all over again, for instance in Diablo 3 we get rifts, in PoE we get maps, in TL2 again maps e.t.c.
- Are these Cryptex called items useful for something, if yes what?
- Are there any tiers of items above Uniques and if yes which ones?

Theres set items (colored red), and mythic items, i think was their classname, not sure (purple color).
And rank cap was 55 afaik.

End game ehh.. this is more closer to diablo 2 than those newer games you mentioned. So biggest thing is to ever reach level cap, then its about killing all bosses on hardest difficulty.

Also cow level.

I don't remember how to get in there :(

And yeah it is all about grinding bosses for phat loots. It takes awhile to hit max level and max rank. And finding/modding/augmenting a perfect set of equipment can fill up the rest of your life.

Can't remember all the mats you needed but a cube and leg from repeatable quest.

They are used for Base Defense when you around level 55. Just throw them in your stash until you are there.

Every game has a cow level.

It's whatever level you are on when 'She who must be obeyed' comes in and ruins your fun.
