You're wasting your time asking. The game is abandoned. It was abandoned when they released the last update for it over two years ago. They've even removed any direct links from the public sites to the game on their official website.

There is, but you need the original DVD for it to work. Google Hellgate 2038. Not sure if you'll get the stuff you're after but it's a stable game and doesn't have the 1FPS bug that this abandoned scam version have.
