Adrenaline pills
I don't remember the drop rate for adrenaline pills are that low, even uncommon or rare.
Vendors don't sell them too.

Yeah it is annoying. Played over 10 hours and only got 1 bottle to drop.

They've been the one of the more rarely seen drops for me, I've had more speed boosting drops from the xmas event drop for me today than I've had adrenaline pills drop since I started playing this since the re-release.
