Wont save

Anyone else having issues with the game not saving characters or settings? started a few character and none of them was saved and cant find the folder where its supposed to be

Havent had any issues with saves personally.
But saves are in This PC>Documents>My Games>Hellgate

Had an issue where my game would crash when I select a certain character. Luckily it was a low level one, so I just deleted it and made a new one.

ive checked that folder and its not there : /

I can't save half of the video options and the game hard crash my PC on exit. Last crash it deleted a character (the files are still in the save directory though).

I had saving issues that kept reverting back to a previous save. I turned off the cloud service Microsoft One drive. I assume One Drive kept overwriting the newer game save with the older one; I don't know why it would do that, but the issue has gone away.
