Ancient Laws quest says kill Reanimator in Citadel Entrance.

I've been all thru Citadel Entrance. Up and down stairs. Killed everything in sight. Twice I think. I can't seem to find any info on How to find Reanimator. Not even sure what he is. I did cross a long, narrow walkway in a circular room. Looked familiar. Reminded me of a place we had to cross on our way to Moloch. Anyway, that's another issue. Right now I'd really like to finish this Ancient Laws quest and move on. What am I missing?

Ok, after settling down I think I got parts of this figured. Citadel Entrance is the area we went thru on the way to Moloch. That narrow walkway we used to jump off into the room below. I did forget the Welcome when we landed. Must of been at least 20 mobs who rushed me. Still haven't figured out the part about Reanimator but I'm getting closer.
