The game does not work correctly :(

Today (January 14, 2019) I bought a page in the steam store
Forklift Simulator 2019, unfortunately after downloading and running the game, it turned out that I do not see the menu means I see a black screen, initial subtitles are normally loaded, you can hear background music but I do not see the menu view. I am asking for quick help!

That has happened from time to time. You can try one of these things to get the game running. Alt+F4 to close the application and then try rerunning the game. If it happens again, try loading the launcher through steam and select some other video modes like lower resolution, windowed etc.

Are you running any type of VR setup with your system? If that's enabled it might be trying to boot to that device.

Lastly, try unplugging other controllers and just run with mouse and keyboard to try to get to the main menu.
