This is the setup ive been trying but so far no luck.

Im using Attack Speed to lower the damage of the towers, used Exp++ on that square to boost their level quick early on.
Multiple Freeze towers to get more snowballs, exp+ and freeze mods (not damage)
Blast at lev10 for knockback, with attack speed and stun chance mods
Poison at lev20 for chain, no mods
Flamer with no mods
Crusher with 3x and bonus exp mods
Gauss with only superconductor mod
Maybe I'm just timing poorly the use of blizzard/wind/overload/etc

Towers remain at Upgrade Level 0 except Freezing to speed up reaching Lev20. All towers on your best Exp+ tiles.
1x Flamethrower, no upgrades. (Burning)
1x Venom, Ultimate upgrade only. (Poison, Chain Reaction)
2x Blast with Heavy Shell, Fast Mechanism, Stopping Force. (Stun, Throwback).
-- Only using for Stun, Throwback far easier to get with Wind. May even be worth having more Blast to trigger Stun.
1x Crusher with Increased Capacity, Careful Processing, Disorientation. (XP Bonus)
2x Freezing with Monitoring System, Slow Freezing, Snowball, Ultimate (Freeze, Snowball)
-- Ultimate is required otherwise Snowballs arent reliable enough. May even be worth having more Freezing/Snowballs.
2x Gauss with Superconductors and Overload (Bonus Coins, Death Explosion, Stun)
-- Use Mining mods to increase attack, don't worry about XP++
Have XP++ mods to get towers to Lev20 fast, then replace with either Mining or Attack Speed to decrease damage dealt by towers (less damage means enemies last longer and can have more debuffs)
The two abilities needed are Wind (for reliable Throwback) and Blizzard (for the exclusive Frozen debuff, not applied by Freezing towers). I used them both to keep groups of enemies near the Crusher. Don't bother wasting them until you have all required towers with their Ultimate abilities.
Enemies I had on my stage were Strong (red square) for its large health pool and no immunities. Armored (blue square), for its Armor buff (not sure if this counts as one of 10 but couldnt hurt) and large health pool. Healer (red pentagon) for its Regen buff (not sure if it counts) to keep enemies alive longer (to get more debuffs). Light (blue diamond) for its large resistances to help get more debuffs.
Set up whatever you need at the end before the base to kill any stragglers - there will need to be a lot so you know enemies survive the setup alive in order to carry the 10 debuffs. I had 4x Flamethrowers on Damage tiles, 1x Minigun on Attack Speed tile, 4x Damage Mods and had the path to the end circle the group (not pictured, use whatever you want).
Lastly, needed an absolute ton of luck. Took many attempts to get lucky that the snowballs, stuns and bonus XP all applied to one unit. Got to around wave 120 before had the required Ultimate abilities. The good news is you'll get a ton of resources and items each time you run it.
