Report a translation problem
We've pushed a fix, try restarting Steam and seeing if this resolves the issue. Let us know one way or another and we'll try to sort it out.

Uninstalled then re-installed. Restarted Steam. Uninstalled game. Reinstalled. Verified integrity of game files. It's still an empty folder. Also, haven't seen any updates pushed on my side.
I'm not sure if the problem is USA region or the Curator Connect program version of the steam key or all retail Steam keys.
Apparently curator program keys were tied to a different package than what everything else is tied to. I've corrected this just now in the backend, but it might require some additional attention from Steam before it's working. Let me know if this changes anything on your end.
