Hey so maybe dumb question but uh what does NTR content mean and do I want that on or not?

It means you have the option to share your girlfriend (Rita in this case) with another man with you knowing about it and get pleasured by it. Some people strongly adverse this kind of fetish, so I ultimately decided to make it skippable. ;)
