BUG? -Front UCA Washer (Small) missing from assembly

So yesterday i bought my second car to be completely restored where needed. And i'm hitting this problem now at the end where on the first test after finishing the build the only problem ( to my surprise ) was that the small Front UCA washers were labelled as missing on both driver and pax side.
As far as i can see they are there and in place on the upper control arm inbetween the Large Washer and the nut. Also the fact it's on both sides sounds more like a glitch than genuinely forgetting them somewhere.
I've taken them off and replaced them with new ones and still won't pass the test.

Here's a detail, i've done the front and rear suspension assembly yesterday, saved the game with it all back in place and with my engine and other parts lying around. Then i picked it up the next day to do the engine so maybe it's an issue with the save game of some sort ?

Take a screenshot? Front upper control arms each have two large washers and one small washer.

I took a quick job to check what a proper car looked like and it looked pretty much the same.

Right actually i think i've been misreading the log the entire ti;e, it's a Front washer but meant for the Rear Arm. My bad, disregard that.
