1JZ vvti engine misfire

My car is misfiring when flooring it but easing into throttle has no misfire, changed spark plugs and still doing it, what could it be?

Have you checked that the camshaft is properly aligned?

Any codes? Could be coils/coilpack or wires. Are the plugs oem or gapped peoperly?
