Dipstick reading

No matter how much oil i put in, the dipstick always gives no reading? Ive tried restarting and this happens every time i take the oil change job idk what else to do and i cant find anything useful on other posts here

If you put too much oil in it goes over the dip stick meter.
It's just over 3 litres, fill a litre at a time and check each time, you should see a red line when it under then a green line when it is within the 2 marks

Only works without the funnel. Funnel doesn't work.
