It's hard to give a specific answer without having some idea of these factors before hand.
The best thing to do is look at the length of the race and then determine if your car is going to need repairs part way through or not.
If it is then it's best to do all of these things before setting out anyway, as time spent sitting in the pits is time you should be spending actually on track.
From there the most susceptible parts for wear are the tyres, usually followed by brake pads. With regard to tyres, the softer they are the faster they'll wear, so the more sets you'd need to bring.
Also, there's a risk of them becoming heat cycled before they're fully worn, which will begin to slow your lap times. It's worth just keeping an eye on how much time you're losing at this point rather than pitting immediately. You may actually lose more time by pitting hastily to change tyres then you would if you stayed out. So you kinda have to judge these things by looking at the lap time each lap and judging from there if you're consistently losing time lap after lap.
The driver isn't always too good at hitting pretty consistent lap times lap after lap... they can often vary by a second or so, so for gauging tyre wear ect you ideally need to look at several laps in a row and see if they are getting progressively slower, or if it's just your drivers inconsistency that's causing fluctuation.
Just check your logbook before you set out, and replace anything on the car that could potentially hinder your on track efforts, then just take what is likely to need replacing mid race, like tyres and potentially pads etc.
Other than that, there's not really a lot more I can say right now.
Thank you I'll keep all this in mind
