If you have Discord or don't mind getting it, then that is probably your best bet to get a speedy response.
I'm about the only one who ever checks the Steam discussions, but there's plenty of people around on Discord who can help. me included quite often.
Anyway, to answer your question it could be a few different things really.
First up, how are your Valve Seals looking? They'll be right underneath your valve springs, and pressed against the cylinder head.
If any of those are shot or missing then that could potentially cause oil to blow up from inside the cylinders and in to the cam cover, and then finally out of the PCV valve.
Another possibility, and potential cause of the exhaust smoke could be a missing piston ring somewhere along the line.
They'd probably be the first two places I look, then go from there If I can't find anything wrong with any of those.
Shout back if all of those are good and you need anymore help and I'll see what I can do.
