Anything particular you're struggling with? I'll see if I can help.
You may find it easier to remove the headers/manifold from the head anyway to give you a little more room to lift the engine out. It was possible on the Catfish, but it could also often snag up. For what it's worth, removing it is just easier in my opinion.
The intake tube will also need to come out. The throttle assembly can stay in place, but again you may find it easier to remove it if space is tight.
The top and bottom radiator hoses also need to come off. The rad itself can stay in place though.
You'll also need to remove the transmission. You can leave the clutch in place though. That's fine.
The PPF and the Driveshaft will also need to come out.
From memory, (going by the Catfish) you should be more or less there after that. Just remove the two M10 nuts that hold the engine mounts to the front subframe (found in the cutouts underneath the car, one on each side), and you should be about ready to lift the engine out.
