Can you repaint the frame of the car?
I am level 4 and I can't click the frame to repaint it. When I repaint it, the only thing that changes color is the rear bumper, but the whole frame and the "trunk" panel stays orange.

Yes, switch the paint gun to secondary channel and point it at the chassis. We are planning to get rid of the primary and secondary channel painting in the future.
