I'm still seeing this behaviour as of today.
Windows, game starts then hits a white screen after the two logos show up.
Yes, I just purchased the game yesterday and got an update today as well. I've tried re-installing the game, disabling the steam overlay, updating drivers, etc.
Not trying to be rude, but I wouldn't be asking for help if it was an issue that could be solved with basic troubleshooting.
It may not be relevant, but almost reached 10hours of gameplay and same thing happened with Grand Ages Medieval game.
Is there anything you devs need to help you find out what is happening? I really fell into this game and planned to spend hours with it.
I also downloaded today and have tried the usual fixes
