Games does not start

Hello,

when i start the game it shows the unity and digifox logo and then it stays in white screen.

What can i do ??

Are you running mac or win? Is the game freezing after intro, or wont start at all?

Windows, game starts then hits a white screen after the two logos show up.

Are you running latest version from steam?

Go to the program in your library, and right click on "Properties." Then select the tab "Local Files." One of the options is to "verify file integrity." You may have a bad or corrupted file, and this will fix it.

Yes, I just purchased the game yesterday and got an update today as well. I've tried re-installing the game, disabling the steam overlay, updating drivers, etc.

Not trying to be rude, but I wouldn't be asking for help if it was an issue that could be solved with basic troubleshooting.

The game does not start. I click on play, the steam window pops up, than nothing. I do not even reach the logos or anything. Playing on a Mac. Did the files verification.
It may not be relevant, but almost reached 10hours of gameplay and same thing happened with Grand Ages Medieval game.
Is there anything you devs need to help you find out what is happening? I really fell into this game and planned to spend hours with it.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Tried the troubleshooting options and still no luck. Press play, it thinks about it for two seconds then stops loading up

I also downloaded today and have tried the usual fixes
