Also, Time isn't a huge deal in Meruru (It isn't like you can do whatever you want, but it isn't as bad as Totori was due to the easier endings. It is possible, technically, to get most endings on a single playthrough then catch up the rest during a later playthrough (spoiler above) as long as you are careful about saving near the end.
Also unlike Totori, maxing out your characters will not mess up your endings* With the caveat that you don't hit 50 alchemy.
Basically, Meruru's focus is on Dev points. Spend these carefully. You will need about 800 or so for the endings to build I think 5 buildings. 3 of those are for two endings, 1 is for a character ending, and 1 is for another ending. Don't build the 1 that is sort of standalone if you want to get all endings in 'one run' as that ending has a higher priority than some.
For the other one, I recommend you build 2, wait for the events to follow, then build the 3rd for the two endings. This will help prevent messing up and gaining too much. At that point, you should be able to get the normal ending. After the normal ending, I recommend getting the ending that requires having less than 50 alchemy (50 alchemy changes the ending) first because it is one of the lowest priorities. Next one would be losing a certain battle (winning is a different ending) as that one also has a fairly low priority. After that is the building I mentioned earlier, iirc. The others are easy enough to manipulate once you have those three endings done.
