energi gel, and sprint help
When do you activate gel? i always just pressed the gel button right befor pressing sprint button, but read somewhere it takes time to work? if its a sprint finish how long before shoud i activate it?
and is there a rule to when star sprinting at the end, i do it 1,2 km before finish but alot of the times i get beaten. my stats are flat 73, accelation 82, and sprint 84, my biggest competion has flat 73, sprint 84, acelation 85, but sometimes got beaten with people having flat 76, sprint 83, acelation 83. When they have just little better stas, its hard to beat them? And do you need to have sprint train caus dont like doing it, i am in the front usually at the end but gets beaten

When you press it, it takes time to activate, the upper right yellow shows thats been eaten but not yet activated then when its activated you see the upper left corner in yellow and thats when you sprint or attack.
Depending on the speed of the group I am in and the angle of the road at the end of the race, i often use it somewhere around 3 and 5km.
I found that sprint train only works if you have decent teammate to do the train otherwise i follow the fastest team.

I use it on long climbs where I used lot's of energy after accelerating, I try to use the gel when the percentage of the mountain isn't that high the moment I take it, no clue if that actually helps in not slowing down your cycler, because sometimes I see km/h go down when taking energy gel, while the road percentage doesn't go up.

stats of cyclists depend on their daily form , so the best sprinter doesnt have to win every race. In sprint all is about timing, position, stamina, energy and detect the best sprinters attacks like in real race :) In sprint train use good sprinters and on the first place i use good timetrial teammate . i use energy gel about 5 - 4,5 km before the flat finish. 3,5 - 3 km before hilly finish.

can you explain more detailed about timing, position, stamina, energy to win a sprint

study sprints on your own thats fun about game, you can practice sprints in team mode with sprint trains or without, i usually start sprint about 1,3 - 0,9 km before the finish, about 3 -2,5 km i start follow the best sprinter or my teammate relaying (effort cursor about 90 - 95 km/h), you can also watch some Benji videos on youtube
