You will find a file named ProCyclistPhoto.
Do not forget that the photo shall be in .tga and at a relative small size (do not remember the values, but something like 16x16).
If you want to add a custom photo to the WorldDB, put it into this folder:
"...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\936140\1781629276\ProCyclistPhoto\"
No, unfortunately not.
yes just cope the image you want to:
- C:\Users\svenl\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2019\Mod\Default\ProCyclistPhoto
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2019\Gui\cyclist_photo
but the problem is to find the picture in the 1000 others. so for this open the database with "PCM fast editor" go to "Cyclist" search for your driver "Lastname LIKE [your name]" and there add in "gene_sz_photo" the name of your photo-file, without extendison "in my case "Alberto" cause the filename is Alberto.tga
save the database and load the game....
this can only be done after you have created the driver, so just pick no picture, start the game. Save it. and change it. you also can do this if you allready on a career and want to change the picture then
Thanks for the info. Hopefully it will help others. I actually did this in PCM 2018 so I was familiar with that but at some point PCM Fast Editor stopped working for me. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it (multiple times) and it still just hangs up now whenever I run it. The moment I open it, it becomes non-responsive. I can't even select a db. I'm not sure what happened because it worked fine for weeks when I started using it. It must be something on my end but I couldn't figure it out. Thought maybe my antivirus (Webroot) was causing the problem but I shut that down while trying to run it and still doesn't work. I gave up weeks ago trying to get it to work again. I was half-hoping with the latest edition of the game the process of customizing the photos wouldn't have needed the Fast Editor.
