The waves are much smaller, but more potent.
There's more economy to invest in.
I really like DINAO and if its between the two, i give DINAO the edge, but This has a dynasty warriors like vibe the other doesn't. Also this is very basic INDY stuff, not polished, crude. But i love it exactly for that reason.
If you have DINAO and want to try this, i recommend it. Do a playthough on easy first though.
The late game gets a little bit tedious, but not obnoxiously so.
DINAO has me a little hesitant to try it after this experience. I might be hoping for too much from it after how satisfying a surprise Reignfall has been.
