Problem with the printer - Stuck?

I have just reached the second floor of the "B" building and found a printer cartridge. The hints keep pointing me to the computer. I'm assuming that I am supposed to access Kyle Chuvache's email, which I have done, and then print the attached image he refers to in his first email. I've tried everything I can think of and it won't print. Clicking the "print" button does nothing. The first time I read it there was a "Send" button that I clicked and has since disappeared. I'm guessing the printer needs the cartridge but it won't let me insert it. The hints just keep pointing me back to the computer and it won't allow me to "Skip"

I think this is a bug, as I also pressed the Send button and was unable to trigger the Print function. I had to Skip the puzzle, which then let me interact with the printer.

I was stuck on this same part, so I left and came back. Now when I try to put Kyle's name in the login again, the game crashes. Is this a bug, too?

Got the same issue, well, guess now we can't finish the game then.

I'm afraid that at the moment, the only way to pass this quest is to click SKIP in Kyle e-mail.

Oh no! I have the same issue but can't skip because of expert mode. :(

I was able to get the printer working.

I had the issue with a non-printing printer as well, but as I wasn't sure if I really needed to print, I just left it and went onwards in the game. I returned a couple of times trying to figure what I was missing, and at some point (around late chap 2/early chap 3) it actually did something and enabled the printer failure (working at an office IRL it feels so wrong writing this >.<). But the whole printer situation seems wonky at best, as I fixed the printer - then it would not proceed right away to the next part. I went in and out of the scene (pc/printer closeup) a few times, then it continued and I finished the printer task.

It should be noted that I at some point had to restart the game, but sadly I don't remember if it was before or after the printer 'fix'.

So, while I cannot offer a solution, maybe I can offer a little bit of hope of a 'workaround' to solve this during the game - until a fix is released for it :).

You don't have to wait - unless you care about the achievements - you can go to the options menu and change the puzzle difficulty to casual, wait for the skip button to charge, and skip the puzzle, then kick the difficulty back up to expert. It's what I did.

Though I do wonder if the "beat the game on expert" achievement is just for the adventure level or also includes the puzzle level?

Well, if it does not include the puzzle level, I will gladly do that because, as you very well guessed, I am trying to get the achievement. But if it does, that is such a pain...

I can't get the skip button to work, even on casual level on the times I'm able to use Kyle's login info without crashing the game.
