Banned Journal Entries?

Hey guys.
I've finished the main story in the game, got almost every collectible you can find, but am still sitting at 12/13 journal entries.

Does anyone have a list of where to find the entries, or better yet, could you just tell me what the final entry says? After hours of searching on my own I need help :)

I spent hours searching all of Valdi, but I finally found it! The one I was missing (since it doesn't show up on the map it could also be the one you're missing) is in the middle of the Yule Temple, on top of one of the tall towers. It says

"I have tremendous personal news! The Guardian of Winter has asked me to marry him! Yes, it's true! This is the beginning of my life with Gwenn! A new chapter. We will certainly pick up where we left off with my discoveries in Samhain once things get settled after the big day. To be continued...

Update:
I found out today that I'm with a child. I'm overjoyed and Gwenn is over the moon. If we have a boy, I already have a name in mind: Flynn. I'll have to postpone my work for a while longer, but I'll be back to being a historian soon!
