Demo trouble.

For some reason, the download will not start when I try to do the demo. Nothing happens. Not sure if its the games fault or steams. I kind of want to say steams fault. No other problems from other games though.

You could try downloading it direct from the Dev's website.

This is the first game ive had trouble with. Got demo and its running. It refuses to show up on my vive headset now......

I had problems with getting WMR headset working, didn't work using Steam VR.
Did you get Steam Demo or Dev's one?
If you downloaded Steam demo and haven't already... try starting the game from Steam then select VR when choice pops up. I had to use the Monitor to see the game setup choices, select resolution etc and Vive and hit start. Hope that helps.

Sorry Doc' I don't have a Vive so not sure what to suggest... Have you tried unplugging the Vive and see if the demo will run at all on the monitor?
If it does I'd try leaving the Headset unplugged, restart the demo if it gives you the option to play in VR then try plugging in the headset and selecting VR.
