Broken Achievements

"Distracted" So I completed the first level without using Focus, and the achievement never popped.
EDIT: I've completed every map without using Focus and never got the achievement.


"Welcome to the Cyberdrome" Starting the game didn't give me the achievement. I've opened and closed the game 4 times now.
*EDIT: This just randomly popped in the middle of combat, no idea.

Completed Dumpling street, didn't get the achievement for it, or the score achievement, OR the no death achievement! Still didn't get the no focus mode achievement.

if you check the achievement percentage, all the glitched achievements are 1.9% completed
