unplayable due to constant crashing

Game quits repeatedly (no error code or anything) even on lowest graphical settings. My progress is recorded but I can barely get through 2 levels before having to re-execute the program. I could't imagine a fix to this, but I thought I'd report it at least.

add

cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

to launch options
it's a universal fix for old UE versions.
