Security Guard Clothing?

Completed the game, does anyone know where I can find a security guard to take his uniform and rob banks?

The security guards drive the armored trucks they keep at the bank, which anyone having completed the game would have learned on the mission to steal the uniform and rob the bank. As far as I understand it, there's nothing that can be robbed from the banks. The safety deposit boxes don't contain anything or can't be opened,apart from the plot device item for the mission. Additionally, during the mission you are required to steal the a code from the bank manager which makes it possible for you to enter the area containing the deposit boxes. I don't believe this part is repeatable, making it impossible to return even if there were anything to jack.

Outside of the plot mission, I've never seen the armored trucks driving around, unlike the mail-trucks I've seen and jacked up for their mailman outfit. But at the moment, besides uselessly trying to impress your girlfriend sitting next to you while you play by wearing the mailman uniform to which she replies 'If only you could get a job like that in real-life' (results may vary), there's little use for it.

Currently you can't rob the banks outside of the story mission. We felt that robbing thousands of dollars would unbalance the economy. With hindsight, however, maybe we could have done more with it (and maybe we'll revisit it in a future update).

Then I am curious to why you would even add them to the game? It seems you added stuff with no intention of making it playable. I guess I assumed there would be more to do in this game
