Thoughts after playing

First off, it looks great and feels great to play, particularly on foot. The driving is more of an issue as the cars are rather slow and the steering sensitivity is way too high. The driving leads into the next issue, which are these time trials that are so easy and rewarding that they eliminate the need to actually do crime to earn money for upgrades.

It's a nice little game, though, for anyone who's into GTA-lite.
