Bunker codes

Ive seen around 3-4 bunkers already but there's no way to find out the codes, I try to follow the clues but they lead nowhere, can anyone help me with this?

Looked a bit into it, but it just simply gives you the code, no notes to follow so it quite ruins the experience for me.

The codes to the bunkers are usually to be found in a property nearby. Hope this helps.
