How do I steal the passcode if i dont know what the passcode is for the safe in the mansion to get the passcode for the bank robbery out of the safe

I'm stuck on this part, i searched the masion everywhere except the room on the top far right which has the safe which has the passcode for the bank,but i dont know the passcode for the safe and there's no clues either, does anyone know?

Yeah sometimes the passcodes are in different buildings than the one you're searching in. It's why the game notes down every note you find, so you can look them back up and figure it out sometimes :D

I have the passcode because I checked the garage out first, and returned to the motel, but it didn't complete the mission. Am I supposed to check the house too even though i have what I need? What if I get caught? The mission parameters say to not get detected.

OK, I went back and checked the house out. The code is for the safe, and the safe has the stuff you need to complete the mission.
